Right of Withdrawal Information

Consumers worldwide are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, provided that the legal requirements are met:

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day,

  • on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

This right of withdrawal applies to consumers within the European Union as well as internationally, insofar as it is applicable under the respective national consumer protection laws.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., by letter or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including the standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive type of delivery than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.

For international returns, additional shipping, customs, or import costs may apply, which are to be borne by the consumer.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • individually custom-made or personalized products.

  • goods that are sealed for reasons of hygiene or health and whose seal has been removed after delivery.

For digital content (e.g., digital photographs, downloads, or license files) not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:

  • you have expressly agreed that we begin with the performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and

  • you have confirmed that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

This applies in particular to digital content of our offer at Naturalsnapshots.com.
